In the heart of Elpitiya, a renowned factory crafts exquisite cinnamon, using bark sourced from the mineral-rich soils of Metiyagoda, Kurudugahahethakma, Elpitiya, Batapola, and Baddegama. These areas, all situated below 10 meters above sea level, provide the perfect growing conditions for this prized spice. Expert peelers, skilled in traditional methods passed down through generations, meticulously handcraft the cinnamon. Once peeled, the cinnamon is naturally dried by the gentle atmospheric air, ensuring an authentic and high-quality product that captures the essence of its rich origins
